As spoken by Leon Trotsky a century ago – the best quote on aging I’ve found. I can totally relate. However, Trotsky, the Russian Marxist revolutionary lived during a time when there was a lack of health knowledge and the concept of antiaging for men was unheard off. It was probably not known then that a healthy anti-aging diet, anti-aging exercise and hormone supplementation would help one enter their winter years feeling a whole lot better.
Never mind all the anti aging secrets he did not know, Trotsky experienced an untimely death, not of natural causes but assassination by a Soviet agent in Mexico.
